The 2013 volume of IT Outsourcing to Ukraine has exceeded $1.5B. The primary IT outsourcing destinatons are Kiev, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odessa. More than 30,000 students graduate every year in the IT field in Ukraine. Software development, Internet sites and online-services are exempt from VAT. IT companies in Ukraine enjoy very low corporate tax rate of 5%.
